Report a wrong rate

Every calculator has a "Report a wrong rate" button under the result, which opens an email with the page filled in. To help us fix it quickly, include:

  • the calculator and the fee that looks wrong;
  • where you saw the right value: a link to the official page, or a screenshot of your seller account or fee preview;
  • the marketplace country, category and price, if they matter for that fee.

We check each report against the official page first. Confirmed corrections appear in the fee changes log.

What we cannot help with

NetSale is independent and has no access to marketplace accounts. For questions about your own fees, payouts or account, contact the marketplace: Amazon Seller Central support, Etsy Help or eBay Help.
